    For freelancing projects, we have a partial refund policy in place. If we fail to complete your project within the specified delivery time frame, you are eligible to claim a partial refund. The refund claim must be made within 7 days after the expiration of the project delivery end date, which refers to the date we initially promised to deliver the completed content or project.
  • If we deliver the freelancing project before the project delivery end date, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the project delivery end date has passed without project completion, you can initiate a refund claim within 7 days after the end date.
  1. Delivery Time:
    a. The delivery time for client freelancing projects varies depending on the nature and length of the project. Delivering the completed project typically takes 2 to 30 working days.
    b. The specific delivery time for each project is mentioned within the product description or short description. Clients are advised to review this information before making a purchase.
    c. The project delivery time starts from the date of payment made by the customer.
  2. Guarantee:
    a. We provide a guarantee that if we fail to complete the client’s project within the given time frame, we will refund the client’s amount in full.
    b. This guarantee applies only to freelancing project completion duration, and not to any additional features or services.
  3. Physical Product Delivery:
    a. Please note that our website platform is solely for digital products, and we do not deliver any physical products to the customer’s doorstep.
    b. We are not responsible for any misunderstanding or confusion regarding the delivery of physical products as our services are limited to digital products only.
  4. Sale items :

Sale items cannot be refunded.

To initiate a refund claim for freelancing projects, please contact our customer support team. We will carefully review the progress and work completed up to that point to determine the partial refund amount.

Refunds
